This private tasting in the De Bortoli Trophy Room was a great way to start our Yarra and Mornington Adventure. We were looked after by Gerard who was very personable and knew his stuff. We tasted mainly Reserve wines matched to local cheeses. All very pleasant but there was nothing that jumped out and said 'buy me'.
